Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Tacoma, WA, seeks an Associate Program Director - Behavioral Health to ensure fidelity of clinician teams and efficient operations. You will collaborate with the Program Director to uphold high standards of care and service across the organization.

Applicants must be a licensed therapist and able to work evenings, with in-person shifts from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Leadership responsibilities include supervising staff and overseeing clinical protocols

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed therapist in the appropriate state.
• Evening in-person hours required (11:00 am–8:00 pm).
• Minimum 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and audit clinician teams to maintain program fidelity.
• Oversee clinical interventions for OCD and anxiety-related disorders.
• Coordinate with the Program Director on operational KPIs.
• Maintain comprehensive written documentation and client satisfaction.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and provide staff training.
