• Licensed therapist required to qualify for this position.
• Evening hours required: in-person, Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and oversee treatment integrity.
• Manage referral relationships and ensure evidence-based care across programs.
• Provide staff mentorship, training, and performance oversight.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive clinical quality and patient outcomes.
• Oversee facility budgets, compliance, and policy implementation.
