This position requires a master's level education in mental health, along with 3-5 years of management experience and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed therapist to qualify for this position.
• Experience in mental health management for at least 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client interaction through mentoring and auditing.
• Collaborate with the Program Director on clinician effectiveness.
• Oversee psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and other disorders.
