Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Clinical Program Director of Behavioral Health to lead our clinic, ensure safe and effective care, and supervise the clinical team. This in-person role requires evenings, with hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and a strong focus on program governance and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist required to qualify for this position.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision capabilities.
• Strong budget management and administrative oversight required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical staff to deliver evidence-based care.
• Oversee clinical integrity and treatment protocols.
• Manage referral relationships and utilization of services.
• Oversee facility budget and strategic planning.
• Develop and monitor SMART goals for quarterly facility improvements.
