The OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Clinical Program Director - Behavioral Health to lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical integrity, and manage referral relationships. Qualifications

• Master's degree and current state licensure are required.
• 5+ years of experience in mental health management.
• Licensed therapist is required.
• Evening in-person hours: Monday–Friday 11:00 am–8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the behavioral health team to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee clinical integrity, treatment planning, and referrals.
• Manage program budget and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Develop and monitor at least 3 SMART goals quarterly for facility improvement.
• Collaborate with Utilization Management to optimize insurance day usage.
• Provide staff training and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
