Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Associate Program Director - Behavioral Health to lead clinician teams and manage program operations in a mental health setting. The role emphasizes fidelity to evidence-based practices, collaboration with the Program Director, and advancing quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in their practicing state.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Punctual and excellent attendance.
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 25 hours of face-to-face client interaction through mentoring, auditing, and individual sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of 4+ clients based on facility needs.
• Provide validation and supportive environment for clients and supervise clinicians.
• Collaborate with Program Director on clinician effectiveness and program KPIs.
• Oversee clinical interventions for OCD and related disorders.
• Plan and implement evidence-based protocols for group and individual therapy.
• Support and model organizational processes and workflow with the clinical team.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster teamwork and high standards.
