Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical integrity, referral management, and facility budget.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster teamwork and service excellence.
• Develop budgets and manage program operations within approved goals.
• Collaborate on treatment plans and strategic initiatives to improve client outcomes.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to KPIs and regulatory standards.
• Create quarterly SMART goals for facility improvement.
• Streamline insurance authorizations and documentation processes.
