Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for an onsite, full-time position in Willmar, MN. The role focuses on leading three evening groups per week from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, plus delivering individual therapy and assessments within a large Midwest behavioral health organization.

The successful candidate will hold an LADC license (or ADC-T) valid in Minnesota and work within a supportive team that emphasizes HOPE values and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active Minnesota license.
• ADC-T license also acceptable per Minnesota requirements.
• Ability to lead evening groups 5:00PM–9:00PM on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients with addiction.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with 245G and Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
