Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to provide counseling to individuals with substance use disorders, lead three evening groups weekly, and maintain thorough documentation. This fully onsite, 1.0 FTE role offers a stable schedule.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure compliance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor with active Minnesota license.
• Experience facilitating individual and group therapy.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
