Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active Minnesota license or ADC-T.
• Strong communication and assessment skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for patients with addiction.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records per 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
