Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for onsite, full-time work. The role focuses on individual and group counseling with evenings required (5:00 PM–9:00 PM) and a 1.0 FTE schedule.

You'll assess needs, develop personalized treatment plans, maintain records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Compensation ranges from $64,000 to $70,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with active Minnesota license or ADC-T.
• Experience facilitating individual and group therapy and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to lead evening groups (5:00 PM–9:00 PM) onsite.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients with addiction.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
