Qualifications

• LADC license active and unrestricted in Minnesota or ADC-T.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records per regulations.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
