Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to provide individual and group therapy for clients with substance use disorders. You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires leading three evening groups per week and is fully onsite with a 40-hour schedule option. A Minnesota LADC or ADC-T license is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor with an active Minnesota license or ADC-T.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for clients with SUD.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and assess client needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead three evening groups weekly (5:00PM–9:00PM) while onsite.
