Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Otsego, MN is hiring a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for a full-time, onsite role with evening group responsibilities.

You will lead individual and group therapy, conduct intakes, and craft personalized treatment plans while keeping thorough records and working with a collaborative team. Minnesota licensure (LADC or ADC-T) and knowledge of evidence-based practices are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active Minnesota license or ADC-T.
• Experience counseling individuals with substance use disorders and leading therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
