Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to provide individual and group therapy for individuals with substance use disorders onsite. You will conduct intakes, develop personalized treatment plans, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with the treatment team to support client recovery.

The role requires leading three evening groups each week, with a 40-hour schedule option. Groups run from 5:00PM to 9:00PM.

Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor with active Minnesota license or ADC-T.
• Experience in counseling individuals with substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
