Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform high, moderate, and waived complexity testing per SOPs.
• Accurately verifies, reports, and documents test results.
• Troubleshoots instrument malfunctions and records resolutions.
• Conducts quality control and continuous system improvement activities.
• Provides training to new employees and students.
• Prepares and collects specimens as needed.
• Communicates findings to physicians and healthcare teams.
