Job summary

Moraine Valley Community College is seeking an Applications Support Specialist (IT) to maintain and support third-party applications that integrate with Ellucian Colleague ERP. You will work on-site at the Main Campus in Palos Hills, IL, providing technical support and collaborating with IT staff to implement software updates.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in end-user computing, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1-3 years’ experience in an end-user computing environment.
Experience with PC and/or Apple Mac microcomputers.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support 3rd-party applications integrated with Ellucian Colleague ERP.
Collaborate with vendor support to resolve application issues.
Work with IT staff to implement and maintain 3rd-party software.
Provide technical support over the phone and in person.
Assist testing and integration of 3rd-party apps with the college ERP.
Document third-party application processes and procedures.
