Job summary

Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, IL is hiring a Work Study Clerical Student Employee (IT-User Support Services) to support the Client Services team on the Main Campus.

You will perform general administrative duties, assist students and staff with IT issues, answer phones, help with lab prep and equipment distribution, and use the IT ticketing system to track requests. This position may require a background check.

• Follow and promote help desk best practices.
