Bachoco USA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for the 2nd shift at the Fort Smith, Arkansas facility. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, processing breader orders, and inputting tickets into the system.

The position is safety sensitive and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work from 3:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. with competitive wages and benefits. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: No prior experience or training.
• Language Skills: Ability to read simple words and numbers; print and speak basic sentences.
• Mathematical Skills: Add/subtract two-digit numbers; use dollars, weights, volumes.
• Reasoning Ability: Follow simple instructions; handle standard situations.
• Physical Demands: Lift up to 50 pounds; stand and walk; occasional kneeling or crouching.
• Work Environment: Loud, cold, wet areas; safety sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Counts material in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
• Receives and processes orders for breader.
• Inputs tickets into the computer and maintains accurate records.
