Bachoco Group is seeking a Mill Receiving worker for the Fort Smith, AR feed mill. The role runs on a 12:00 am to 8:00 am schedule, Sun–Thu, with a pay rate of $14.50 per hour and shift-night premiums.

The position is safety-sensitive and offers comprehensive benefits including 401K, medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. Responsibilities include unloading railcars/trucks, inventorying ingredients, and operating conveyors and trackmobile to ensure correct bin assignment.

Location: Feed Mill Fort Smith, AR

Shift: 12:00 am - 8:00 am Sun - Thu

Pay Rate:$14.50 per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation as required; Unloads railcars and trucks; Unloads rail cars and trucks and makes sure that the ingredient is going into the correct bin; Inventories the ingredients; Sets up the conveyor to put ingredients into the bins; Moves railcars and the trackmobile; Keeps all bins full from ingredients that are on the rail.; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS . Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
