Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Cone Loader for the 2nd shift at the Fort Smith processing plant in Arkansas. The position supports high-speed lines and requires standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a noisy, cold, and wet environment.

You will work on a heavy-lifter role with safety compliance, participate in a mentorship program, and enjoy a competitive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Load front half on high speed processing machines so front half is properly processed
• Arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so meat is properly processed and/or portioned
• Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly
• Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products
• Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner
