Bachoco USA is hiring for an Inventory Control Specialist on 1st Shift at the Fort Smith, AR plant. You will maintain plant two inventory, count stock, input tickets, and process breader orders in a safety‑sensitive environment.

This entry‑level role requires no prior experience and offers benefits, attendance incentives, pay raises at 30 and 90 days, and a mentorship program.

1st Shift: Further Processing Plant

Dept: 183 – Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Fort Smith, AR

Hours: 6:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour.

Summary

Maintains Plant Two inventory by performing the following duties.

Education and/or Experience

No prior experience or training.

Language Skills

Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
