You will sort and grade product, pack bagged items into boxes, and ensure customer specifications are met. The job is safety sensitive and requires standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down workstation and line as required.
• Remove tenders from carcass; sort and grade product.
• Make boxes, bag finished product, and pack bagged product into boxes.
• Label boxes to customer specifications; maintain a safe, sanitary work area.
