Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Floor Support on 2nd shift. You will assist in producing quality food products, set up and tear down workstations, and manage packaging tasks on the floor.

This safety‑sensitive role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 25-40 pounds. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, including 401K and health plans.

• Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required.
• Pick up condemned product on the production floor.
• Sort and grade product.
• Make boxes.
• Bag finished product.
• Pack bagged product into boxes.
• Tape boxes.
• Scale boxed product to required weight.
• Label boxes per customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Shift Time: 4:55 pm to EOS

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Picking up condemned product that has fallen on the production floor
• Sort and grade product
• Make boxes
• Bag finished product
• Pack bagged product into boxes
• Tape boxes
• Scale boxed product to required weight
• Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications
• and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
