Bachoco OK Foods is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Fort Smith, AR. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and electrical systems in an industrial setting, with responsibilities spanning diagnostics, dismantling and reassembly, and preventative maintenance.

The position is safety-sensitive, with shift hours Wed–Sun, 4:00p–5:00a and a pay rate of $20.00–$27.50 per hour based on assessment.

Qualifications

• Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment and piping/electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments.
• Ensures machinery safety and performs preventative maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment and piping/electrical systems.
• Test machinery and supporting equipment after repair and prior to use.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to identify root cause.
• Dismantle and reassemble machinery; replace parts as needed.
• Maintain and lubricate components as part of preventative maintenance.
• Operate tools and equipment for fabrication or repair.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
