Bachoco USA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for the 2nd shift at the Fort Smith, Arkansas facility. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, processing breader orders, and inputting tickets into the system.

The position is safety sensitive and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work from 3:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. with competitive wages and benefits. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: No prior experience or training.
• Language Skills: Ability to read simple words and numbers; print and speak basic sentences.
• Mathematical Skills: Add/subtract two-digit numbers; use dollars, weights, volumes.

1st Shift: Further Processing Plant

Dept: 1832 – Inventory Control Specialist

Hours: 3:00 P.M. - 12:00 A.M.

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour.

Summary Maintains Plant Two inventory by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Counts material in stock and posts totals to inventory records.

Receives and makes orders for breader.

Receives tickets by inputting them into the computer.

This is a safety sensitive position.

Language Skills

Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
