Three Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking an intake coordinator to serve as the first contact for referrals and patients seeking assessments or admissions. You will thoroughly assess clients, document findings and coordinate admissions or referrals to the most appropriate service.

Responsibilities include triage, precertification, data entry and clinical documentation in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Formación

• Masters degree or RN-equivalent with related licensure.
• Experience with intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with EMTALA, HIPAA and third-party payer processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first contact for referral sources and potential patients.
• Complete assessments and document findings and outcomes.
• Assist admissions or referrals to appropriate services.
• Triaging, precertification, data entry and clinical documentation.
