Job summary

Wells Enterprises, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day support for assigned client groups, focusing on employee relations, staffing, and benefits, with a 2PM–11PM shift and night differential included.

You will counsel employees on policies, assist managers with performance processes, participate in recruitment, and collaborate with the OD team on training and organizational change. Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field required; 0–3 years HR experience; strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 0–3 years HR-related experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc.).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to coach front-line management and maintain confidentiality; customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Counsels employees on employment issues and ensures policy compliance.
• Supports labor relations and employee relations at tactical level.
• Facilitates performance management processes (1:1s, coaching, disciplinary actions, reviews).
• Participates in recruitment and interviews; collaborates on offers with Compensation.
• Collaborates with other HR functions to disseminate communications.
• Coordinates promotions, transfers, equity adjustments and restructures; updates job descriptions.
• Delivers training with OD team and supports organizational change.
