Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced Burlington operation. You will provide HR counsel across staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, and associate relations, ensuring consistent policy application.

The role involves partnering with leaders, handling complex employee relations matters, and supporting standard HR processes. A late shift (Mon-Fri 2PM-11PM) is required with flexibility for business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and UKG WFM.
• Self-motivated, collaborative HR professional with strong communication skills, high energy, and the confidence to work independently or within a team; skilled at influencing leadership, upholding policies, and engaging effectively in customer-facing environments.
• BS/BA in a related discipline; certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
• Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
• Work with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
