HD Supply seeks an HR Generalist to support staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management at our Denver facility. You’ll ensure consistent HR policy application and act as a liaison to other departments and experts.

The role emphasizes employee relations, investigations, and engagement, with a later shift (M-F 10AM-7PM) and a fast-paced, complex operation. Strong MS Office, Workday, and UKG WFM skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.
• BS/BA in related discipline; certification is required in some areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Workday and UKG WFM.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and counsel to a business/functional line including staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies/procedures.
• Act as liaison to other departments and functional experts.
• Administer core HR programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of HR issues.
