Duration: 6 months on a W2 contract (possible extension)

Location: Whitakers, NC, 27891 (Rocky Mount, NC)

Shift Information below:

The first couple of weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12:00 Noon – 6:00 PM.

Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM with a 1-hour break.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required

The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all employee relations activites
• Counsel and coach managers
• Be the subject matter expert for HR policies
• Own and update HR processes
• Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system
