Responsibilities

• Greets patients and directs them to appropriate staff and services.
• Maintains and updates patient charts and medical records per policy.
• Transcribes orders and relays information between units and staff.
• Answers phones, triages calls, and coordinates messages with care teams.
• Uses hospital systems to enter and verify orders and generate reports.
• Supports case management and coordinates follow-up appointments.
