Job summary

Benson's Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for the PM shift in Athens, GA. The role focuses on accurate guest registration, account maintenance, and delivering high levels of service with professionalism at the front desk.

The supervisor will coach staff, manage reservations, and employ upselling techniques to boost hotel revenue while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk area. Training and certification as MOD are required when scheduled.

• Experience with hotel software and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Register and check out guests accurately using the hotel management system.
• Maintain guest accounts and update daily charges.
• Lead front desk meetings and training for staff.
• Assist with reservations and upsell room types to maximize revenue.
• Oversee lobby and front desk areas, ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Serve as Manager On Duty when scheduled and handle guest issues.
