Job summary

Paycom is seeking a friendly front desk agent at our Fort Myers Beach location to handle registration and guest settlement. You will interact with guests, provide accurate information, and maintain high service standards while assisting coworkers and visitors.

The role may include Concierge/Bell Person duties as needed. The position runs 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guests and operations.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Hotel or resort guest services experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Handle registration and guest settlement efficiently.
• Provide accurate information to guests, co-workers and visitors.
• May perform Concierge/Bell Person duties as needed.
• Maintain high standards of guest service on a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift and beyond as needed.
