Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Inform patients about wait times, provider availability, and delays.
• Address inquiries with empathy and escalate complex issues.
• Guide patients on charges, payment processes, and insurance procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
