Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Services Associate for our Hawaii resort in Kailua. You’ll warmly welcome guests, assist with registrations, and provide information about the property and local attractions.

You will handle room rate quotes, reservations, and cash or credit card transactions with accuracy. The role requires weekend availability and a friendly, service‑minded attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and guide guests through registration and checkout.
• Issue unit keys and offer information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete other money handling tasks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
