Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking an Operations Supervisor to guide the order fulfillment team ensuring timely delivery and clear accountability for KPIs and safety. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to drive reliability and continuous improvement across the distribution center in Fontana, CA.

The role requires 3+ years leading warehouse teams, a background in supply chain, and strong communication. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 1:30pm–10:00pm with a focus on safety, training, and operational

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a warehouse or light industrial team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train, cross-train and develop team members.
• Monitor goals and operational performance within SLA.
• Collaborate with the DC Manager to plan labor based on forecast.
• Provide regular feedback on performance.
• Uphold safety policies and SOPs.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Support process improvements to boost fulfillment, quality and efficiency.
