Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking an Assistant DC Manager in Fontana, CA to extend the DC Manager's focus on shift performance, labor planning, and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes coordinating with Supervisors, maintaining safety, and driving client satisfaction in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will bring WMS experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to lead teams and optimize operations for optimal client fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong WMS experience and technical capability.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall performance of assigned facilities/shifts and KPI achievement.
• Plan and communicate production goals and expectations to Supervisors.
• Adjust staffing, processes, and facilities to meet client goals and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with People Experience Team on staffing levels and performance plans.
• Provide regular production reports, including revenue and space, throughput, and labor.
