Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the order fulfillment team and ensure timely delivery of orders. You will work with clients in the active lifestyle space and drive performance across KPIs while maintaining a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in warehousing, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong WMS and communication skills. Opportunity to grow within a flexible, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a warehouse/light industrial team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Proficient with WMS and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop the order fulfillment team.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA performance.
• Plan labor using forecast and direction from the Client with the DC Manager.
• Provide regular performance feedback to the team.
• Uphold safety rules, SOPs and security procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized at all times.
• Perform other duties as requested.
