Job summary

NRI 3PL in Fontana, CA seeks an Inventory Supervisor to lead the inventory team and ensure compliance with client needs. You'll supervise daily operations, optimize processes and mentor staff in a fast-paced, active lifestyle environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred), 3+ years of leadership in inventory, proficiency in WMS, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. Willingness to travel up to 20% and lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading an inventory team required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Train, cross-train and develop team members.
• Monitor goals and performance within SLA.
• Plan labor based on forecast with Client direction.
• Provide regular performance feedback.
• Follow NRI safety rules and SOPs.
• Keep work areas safe and tidy.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
