Job summary

NRI Distribution in Fontana, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the order fulfillment team and ensure timely delivery of orders and commitments. You will drive KPI achievement, coach staff and coordinate with stakeholders in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

The role features a Monday–Friday 1:30pm–10:00pm schedule, a starting pay range of $70,304–$85,625, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while growing within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a warehouse/light industrial team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, and tolerate dusty/noisy environments.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the training, cross-training and development of team members
• Monitors and drives goals and operational performance metrics while working within SLA
• Collaborate with the DC Manager by planning labor requirements based on forecast and direction from the Client
• Communicates expectations and provides regular feedback on performance
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security protocol
• Keeps work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy
• Performs other duties as requested
