Job summary

NRI 3PL is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead the order fulfillment team and ensure timely deliveries. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong collaboration with the DC Manager and clients.

The candidate should have 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree (a plus), and proficiency with MS Office (Outlook). Lifting up to 50 lbs and a flexible, safety-conscious approach are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and endure standing, climbing, and varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Train, cross-train and develop team members.
• Monitor and drive operational performance metrics within SLA.
• Plan labor requirements with the DC Manager based on forecast and client direction.
• Provide regular feedback on performance.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and maintain safe work areas.
• Perform other duties as requested.
