• Leadership: Mentor and motivate hourly associates, manage scheduling and evaluations.
• Safety: Lead daily safety briefings and address hazards to maintain OSHA compliance.
• Optimization: Identify cost cuts and lead 5S/Kaizen initiatives using WMS data.
