This role primarily covers the evening shift, providing Manager On-Duty leadership, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, and promptly resolving guest issues. A confident communicator with cash handling experience will thrive in our dynamic downtown hotel,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager with daily front desk operations.
• Ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure policies are followed.
• Work evening shift to provide Manager On-Duty coverage.
