Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to help run the front desk, ensuring top-level guest service. You will supervise staff, implement policies, and assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations and staffing needs.

The role centers on the evening shift, helping provide Manager On-Duty coverage and sustaining a smooth guest experience at our premier downtown Chicago property.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience is necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations.
• Oversee staff and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Work primarily the evening shift to ensure Manager On-Duty coverage.
