Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Front Desk experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with PMS system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration and checkout while upholding brand standards.
• Supervise front desk staff, train, and resolve staff issues.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to boost occupancy and guest satisfaction.
