Holiday Inn Club Vacations Galveston Beach Resort is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to serve as the primary contact for guest check-in/out and folio transactions. The role involves handling room changes, inventory moves, and technical tasks, while supporting the marketing team during check-in and providing Wi-Fi access and business center assistance.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a resort/hotel Front Office environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to acquire a clear understanding of timeshareware applications.
• Fluent in English and strong verbal/written communication.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the overall guest experience from check-in through check-out; handles complex technical tasks, including room changes, inventory moves, and folio adjustments as necessary; creates and issues keys while ensuring the safety and security of all owners and guests.
• Ensures each guest interaction exceeds expectations; answers inquiries and directs to appropriate resort personnel when needed.
• Maintains a house bank, performs end-of-day receipts reporting, and processes payments.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping to expedite cleaning of units as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
