Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for guests. This role includes managing folio transactions and providing exceptional service during check-in and check-out.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the overall guest experience from check-in through check-out.
• Handles complex technical tasks including room changes and folio adjustments.
• Communicates with housekeeping to expedite unit cleaning.
• Manages house bank and performs end of day reporting.
