Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations seeks a Front Office Supervisor to help lead a team in delivering a warm, inviting experience for owners and guests at our resort. Responsibilities include hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, and ongoing coaching to uphold service standards.

The role requires experience in front desk or guest services within a timeshare or similar resort, plus proficiency with MS Word and Excel and resort systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college preferred or relevant experience.
• Experience in a Front Desk, Guest Services, PBX, Reservations, or timeshare resort is ideal; hotel/resort experience is highly desired.
• Proficiency with computer systems; able to learn and use property management systems within 60–90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Desk Manager with check-ins/outs per company standards.
• Lead the front desk team through coaching, training and counseling to provide memorable experiences.
• Create and implement action plans to improve departmental scores and guest satisfaction.
• Produce management reports weekly or monthly as directed by leadership.
