DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Agent for the 3-11 PM shift (2-3 days per week). The role is the first point of contact for guests, driving a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and hospitality experience is a plus. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins/outs, handling inquiries, processing payments and reservations, and coordinating with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality/front desk preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; PMS experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and in person.
• Process reservations, payments and room assignments with confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to prepare rooms for arrival.
• Address and resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk reflecting hotel standards.
• Provide concierge assistance on dining, entertainment and transport.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, safety and security procedures.
